1. Commitment to Child Safety

We are committed to providing a safe digital environment and maintaining zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform is designed to protect minors and prevent the creation, distribution, or promotion of harmful content involving children. We comply with all applicable child protection laws and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards.

2. Age Restrictions

  • Our platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

  • Users must confirm their age during account creation. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access paid content, messaging features, or livestreams.

  • Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and removed.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

  • Sexualized images, videos, audio, messages, or livestreams involving minors.

  • Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.

  • Requests for sexual content involving minors.

  • Sharing, soliciting, or linking to CSAM or exploitative content.

  • Roleplay or simulated sexual content involving minors.

Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We use a combination of:

  • Automated content moderation tools

  • Human review

  • User reporting mechanisms to detect, review, and remove prohibited content.

Actions we may take include:

  • Content removal

  • Account suspension or permanent bans

  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement where required by law

5. Reporting & Blocking Tools

Users can:

  • Report messages, photos, videos, and livestreams directly within the app

  • Block other users at any time

  • Submit reports anonymously where applicable

All reports involving potential harm to minors are prioritized and reviewed promptly.

6. Creator Guidelines & Verification

Creators using our platform must:

  • Confirm they are 18 years or older

  • Follow strict content guidelines prohibiting any involvement of minors

  • Use the platform solely for lawful, consensual interactions with adult users

Creators who violate child safety policies will be permanently removed.

7. Livestream Safety

For livestreams:

  • All paid and free livestreams are subject to real-time or post-event moderation.

  • Livestreams involving or targeting minors are strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to terminate any livestream that violates child safety standards.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate fully with:

  • Law enforcement agencies

  • Regulatory bodies

  • Child protection organizations

When legally required, we report suspected child sexual exploitation to appropriate authorities, including NCMEC.

9. Data Privacy & Protection

  • We minimize the collection of personal data.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

  • Any discovered data belonging to minors is promptly deleted.
